I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were fairly roomy with a decent-sized bathroom, but I found the furnishings a bit strange with no real table or desk. The small garden was a nice place to relax, but I wished for more space. The hotel was the most spacious option I found in the area, which was a plus.

Upon arrival, I noticed a damp smell in the rooms, and the balcony door was broken, unable to fully shut, which was a bit disappointing. The cleanliness could be improved, as there was a noticeable moldy smell. On the positive side, the service was exceptional, with staff waiting at the door with an umbrella upon our arrival, making us feel truly welcomed. The location was fantastic, right in the center of Hue City, near shopping centers, the beautiful river, food shops, bars, and Phu Xuan Park. Dining options were varied, but some dishes were below expectations. Overall, the hotel had decent facilities but could benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness.
